uzina treba da se konzumira dva sata nakon jednog obroka i dva sata nakon drugog. Ono sto je potrebno da pojedete je nesto sto ce vas zasititi ali ne toliko da ne mozete da rucate ili vecerate. evo nekih predloga za to:
1.lagani sendvic sa pilecim prsima. parce crnog hleba,malo sezonskog povrca,i pileca prsa je odlican predlog za uzinu. dace vam energiju.
2.voce voce i samo voce :) odlicna uzina,jedite u sto vecim kolicinama osim banane :)
3. shake. napravite super sejk sa zaledjenim vocem bez secera!
4. corny i caj zeleni npr
5. cokoladica ali ona crna
6. bademi,orah,suvo grozdje,odlicno za mozak pogotovu ako u vreme uzine ucite.
HEALTHY SNACK
snack should be taken two hours after 1 meal and than 2hrs after second. What is important, is that u don't eat something that will saturate you so u wont be able to have lunch or dinner. Here are some ideas:
1: light sandwich with chicken breast, a loaf of black bread, little vegetables . Chicken breast will give you energy.
2: FRUIT anything except bananas.
3: SHAKE you can make a shake from frozen fruit and no sugar!
4: CORNY and green tea.
4: Black little chocolate
6: almonds, walnuts, raisins, great for brain and concentration.
