Healthy Snack

Dragi nasi  nije nas bilo 2 dana ali sada smo tu sa novim postom!!! nadamo se da vam se svidja ! :) pisite nam na cirovic.alexandra@yahoo.com

ZDRAVA UZINA 
uzina treba da se konzumira dva sata nakon jednog obroka i dva sata nakon drugog. Ono sto je potrebno da pojedete je nesto sto ce vas zasititi ali ne toliko da ne mozete da rucate ili vecerate. evo nekih predloga za to:
1.lagani sendvic sa pilecim prsima.  parce crnog hleba,malo sezonskog povrca,i pileca prsa je odlican predlog za uzinu. dace vam energiju.
2.voce voce i samo voce :) odlicna uzina,jedite u sto vecim kolicinama osim banane :)
3. shake. napravite super sejk sa zaledjenim vocem bez secera!
4. corny i caj zeleni npr
5. cokoladica ali ona crna
6. bademi,orah,suvo grozdje,odlicno za mozak pogotovu ako u vreme uzine ucite.

HEALTHY SNACK
snack should be taken two hours after 1 meal and than 2hrs after second. What is important, is that u don't eat something that will saturate you so u wont be able to have lunch or dinner. Here are some ideas:
1: light sandwich with chicken breast, a loaf of black bread, little vegetables . Chicken breast will give you energy.
2: FRUIT anything except bananas.
3: SHAKE you can make a shake from frozen fruit and no sugar!  
4: CORNY and green tea.
4: Black little chocolate 
6: almonds, walnuts, raisins, great for brain and concentration.

Halloween/ whose preparing?

We all know that halloween is coming at 31st of october. I'm so excited, people in serbia don't celebrate that but i do!
so i'll post some pics and costume ideas. Also make up ideas :)))

CAJEVI / TEA

Polako dolazi zima a sa sobom i donosi sezonu cajeva.Cajevi ,osim sto ce vas trenutno ugrejati,donose sa sobom uzitak a sve to krasi ceremonija koja pocinje od kuvanja caja a zavrsava se samim ispijanjem i uzivanjem. Da biste uzivali u savrsenoj solji caja,neophodno je znati na kojoj temperaturi se sprema. Ako obratite paznju na pakovanju ce pisati do koje temperature grejete vodu. Temperatura je vazna za zeleni caj koji nema svoj pravi ukus ukoliko se napravi tako sto se prelije kljucalom vodom. Kada voda prokljuca,ostavite je koji minut da se temperatura smanji i mozete preliti kesicu caja.Moj licno omiljeni caj je zeleni,jer osim sto postoje razne kombinacije ukusa,on je sam po sebi antioksidant,utice na kozu,kosu, vasu liniju a ukoliko ga popijete ujutru moze zameniti kafu,jer ovaj caj sadrzi kofein koji daje energiju organizmu i koji podstice od ranog jutra razmenu materija u organizmu.
Caj po pravilu ne bi trebalo zasladjivati,ali ukoliko bas ne mozete da ga pijete ako nije sladak stavite med ili zuti secer,da bi caj zadrzao svoj ukus.Nakon jela najbolji je crni caj,a drevni kinezi su ga pili stojeci. Kulturu ispijanja cajeva uvode japanci,koji obicno piju caj u svojim kimonima,a caj sluze u najskupljim soljama od najfinijeg porcelana. Ali posto nismo ni japanci,ni kinezi za caj koji kod kuce spremamo,neophodno je da se spremi an odredjenoj temperaturi i ne zasladjivati :) . Sto se tice vocnih cajeva njih skoro pa nikako ne smete zasladjivati jer su od voca i imaju aromu i dosta secera iz samog voca. Caj sa cimetom u kombinaciji sa bilo cime je odlican jer je sam cimet dobar za mrsavnjenje, reumu, artritis, holesterol...Caj od sipka je takodje odlican jer sadrzi dosta vitamina C i dobar je u borbi protiv prehlade.

Slowly the winter is coming and brings with a season of tea. Tea, besides that it makes you warm temporarily, brings within a enjoy and it makes it beautiful with its own ceremony of making it until you drink it. It is necessary  to know  on what temperature you boil the water for tea Ex: green tea, looses it taste if you pour it with boiled water, instead when it boils leave it for few minutes and then pour it over the tea in the cup. My personal favorite tea is green tea because it is an antioxidant, it influences your skin, hair and body, if you drink it in the morning it can replace coffee, cause this tea contains caffeine which gives you energy and an exchange of substances in your body in the morning.
Tea should not be  sweetened but if you can't resist it drink it with yellow-brown sugar or honey.
After a meal black tea is the best, ancient Chinese drank it standing . a culture of drinking tea introduce Japanese people, which usually drink tea with their kimons and they serve it in the most expensive-luxury cups made up of best porcelain. But since we are not chinese or japanese (a guess) we made our tea at home and it is important on what temperature we make it and not to sweeten it . Fruit tea u shouldn't  sweeten them at all! they have aroma and natural sugar from fruit. A cinnamon in combination with anything else is great, cause it is good for loosing weight, rheumatism, arthritis and cholesterol. Tea made from dog rose is also very good cause it contains a lot of vitamin C and it is good against cold.

Sminka / Makeup

Naravno vecina zena/devojaka se sminka skoro svakodnevno i sminka je deo njihovog zivota bez kog tesko mogu. Medjutim sminka steti licu ako je ne koristite pravilno i ako ne negujete lice pre i posle takodje ako je stara sminka.

Of course most of the women/ girls are putting makeup everyday and make up is a part of their life which they can hardly live without. So because of that makeup can damage your face if you don't use it right and don't take care of your face before and after, or if it is old.

- Vazno je temeljno ocistiti lice pre nanosenja sminke. koristite kremu ili losion za ciscenje, ili ulje ako je vasa koza suva.
-Ocistite celu povrsinu lica, nakon toga ga isperite i nanesite hidrantnu kremu za vas tip koze.

It is important to clean your face deeply before you put any makeup on. Use some cream ore lotion for cleansing or some oily cream if your face is dry. 
Clean the whole face surface, after that wash it out and put any hydrating cream for your type of skin.

Skidanje sminke je nesto NAJBITNIJE! nikada ali NIKADA ne idite u krevet sa sminkom. Stvara bore i mogucnost konjuktivitisa ili drugih upala na licu kao i akne. 
-Izaberite lagano kremasto ili tecno sredstvo za uklanjanje sminke koje odgovara vasoj kozi i nanesite ga na celo lice i VRAT 
-dobro utrljajte losion u kozu pazeci da je ne povlacite. ugladite ga sa prstima uvek sa pokretima na gore.
-da biste uklonili sredstvo za skidanje sminke , nezno obrisite lice papirnom maramicom 
- umijte se hladnom vodom i skinite sminku i sredstvo za ciscenje.

Taking make up off is something what is MOST IMPORTANT! never i mean NEVER go to bed with your makeup on, it causes wrinkles conjunctivitis and acnes.
-Choose a soft creamy or liquid cleaner for taking makeup off, that suits your skin type. apply it all owr your face and NECK. 
Rub it good into your skin taking care that you don't pull it to much. smooth it with your fingers going up always.
To remove the cleaner, smoothly wipe your face with paper wipes, wash your face with cold water and take of the cleaning mean.

Ishranom do lepse kose i preparati

U nezi kose veliku ulogu igra ishrana. Naime nije sve u preparatima koje koristite, ima tu i ishrane i drugih stvari koje cemo vam mi napisati i postaviti vam slike nekih odlicnih proizvoda :)

Ribe su bogate omega-3 masnim kiselinama koje su vazne za jacanje koze, kose i noktiju, takodje sta je bitno su ORASI I BADEMI.
B6 i B12 su jako biti vitamini za stanje vase kose ,nalazi se najvise u svezem vocu i povrcu, dok vitamin B12 je ipak najcesce nadjen u mesu i mlecnim proizvodima .
