Pumpkin cookie/ kolac od bundeve

Dosla je jesen,a jesen uvek podseca na neke narandzaste tonove.U skaldu sa jesenjim raspolozenjem preporucila bih vam da odvojite jedan dan za sebe ,da se opustite i da probate ovaj predivi kolac od bundeve koji nije tezak da se napravi a uzivacete u svakom zalogaju. Predlazem ga umesto vecere,sa nekim ukusnim cajem. 

Autumn came, and it always reminds us of orange colored tones. Whitin autumn mood i would highly recomend you to separate one day for yourself, relax and make this adorable cookie from pumpkin which is not difficult to make and u will enjoy every single bite. I recomend you for dinner and with some delish tea.

Potrebno za testo:
  • 200 gr brašna
  • 100 gr hladnog margarina, izrezanog na kockice
  • 50 gr šećera u prahu
  • 60 ml  hladne vode
  • 1/3 kesice praška za pecivo

  • Needed for dough:
  • 200g flavor 
  • 100g cold butter cut into squares
  • 50g of powdered sugar
  • 60ml of cold water
  • 1/3 pouch baking powder. 

  • Potrebno za fil:
  • 500 g bundeve
  • 2 jajeta
  • 1 kašika brašna
  • 50 ml mleka
  • 3 kašike šećera
  • 1 kašičica cimeta

  • Need for fill:
  • 500g pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of flavor
  • 50ml of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 

I još treba:
  • 1 kesica šlaga
  • 50 g oraha
  • 30 g brusnica
  • 30 g čokolade
 Also needed:
1 pouch of whipped cream
50g of nut
30g cranberry
30g chocolate

Sjediniti brašno, šećer u prahu i prašak za pecivo. Dodati margarin i umesiti prstima. Sipati vodu i umesiti mekano, savitljivo testo. Uviti ga u rastegljivu foliju i u frižideru ostaviti  30 minuta dok spremate fil.
Bundevu izrendati, dodati šećer i dinstati dok bundeva ne omekša. Brašno razmutiti u mleku i dodati u bundevu. Dodati umućena jaja i cimet. Dobro promešati da se fil ujednači. Dok se fil hladi, na pobrašnjenoj radnoj površini razvući testo u krug zatim staviti na dno okrugle tepsije (24 cm) prethodno podmazane margarinom. Sipati fil od bundeve i peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 180 °C oko 35-40 minuta. Pitu ohladiti, zatim spiralno ukrasiti  umućenim šlagom, seckanim orasima, brusnicama i krupno rendanom čokoladom.

lump flavor, sugar and baking powder. add butter and mix it with fingers. pour water and knead soft, stretchable dough. twist it in stretchable foil and put it in the fridge for 30 min until u prepare fill. 
Pumpkin plane, add sugar and cook until the pumpkin becomes soft. Flavor stir in milk and add pumpkin. Add mixed eggs and cinnamon. Mix it well so the fill equals. Until the fill cooles, put flavor on your desk (so the dough don't stick to it)  and stretch the dough into a circle and put it on a round pan (24cm) but already coated with butter. Pour fill from pumpkin and bake in hot owen 180c about 35-40min. cool the pie and then decore it with whipped cream cut nut cranberries and big grated chocolate pieces.
